The privileged geographical location of Clos de L’Olivade gives you a great choice of

  • Bathing, surfing, fishing, golfing (either in la Grande Motte or in Massane), hiking, horseriding,
    tree climbing, canyoning in the “gorges de l’Hérault, kayacking, strolling through the
    local markets…
  • Cultural visits of our Roman past in Nîmes, le Pont du Gard ,Arles and the Oppidum of
    Ambrussum or of the medieval village of Sommières, Aigues-Mortes or Saint-Guilhem.
    Montpellier also as a medieval city is famous for its Faculty of Medicine, its cathedral and
    private mansions can be added to the list.
  • Wine tourism: Following the “Route des Vins du Pays de Lunel”, you can see the vineyards and visit the
    cellars producing the « Muscat from Lunel”, a natural sweet wine, also called the wine of
    Princes and Kings in the Middle Ages . You will also find “the Coteaux du Languedoc
    produced in a very small area, in Saint-Christol for example.
  • A little steam train in the Cévennes, , bamboo plantations and well known pottery in Anduze,
    giant aquariums in Le Grau du Roi and Montpellier are also worth while visiting…
